昨天,一對可愛的年輕人短訊給我,告訴我他們嘗試了我的椒鹽豆腐,並給我傳上照片,說:「非常感謝您的食譜,味道真棒!但我們還是很想念您們的美食!」
目前國際疫情的局勢使我們所有人都過著困難的生活。但縱管如是,此時此刻,我們更需要好好的愛護自己和別人,並盡所能把正面的情緒和幸福廣傳開去,而下廚烹飪美食便是其中最有效的方法之一。
假如你現在是獨居的話,把時間花在廚房裡,為自己烹飪一頓美味食品,那些樂趣便是鍛煉自我護理的最佳方法。如果你有幸與家人一起度過居家隔離期的話,那我相信你的手藝必定能把歡樂帶到家中餐桌上。

Yesterday, a lovely young couple got in touch to let me know that they had tried the Salt and Pepper Tofu dish. They included a picture and said, "Thank you so much for the recipe, it tastes amazing! We are missing your lovely food so much!"
The current situation is making life difficult for us all. Now more than ever it is important to be kind to ourselves and to one another and do what we can to spread positivity and happiness. Creating tasty food is one way to do that. If you are alone at the moment, taking your time in the kitchen to give yourself the pleasure of a delicious meal is a brilliant way to exercise self care.
If you are spending the quarantine period with family, I'm sure your creations will help bring joy to your dinner table.
